Daniel Lee

This is Danny Lee. I didn’t personally know him but my Brother-in-law knew him very well. He was in the Q course with him. Danny was a newly married young father when he died. His first son was born shortly before he was killed. He was flying into the gorband area. As he was flying in, the taliban were already in position. Danny took a team of commandos and charged at the nearest PKM position, and he took a round right to the chest. His team ended up taking that position, but he was killed as he was charging. It was his first deployment with SF.
