Samuel Nichols

Sam survived nearly 13 years after the IED blast that killed 3 Marines and a Navy Corpsman. Sam sustained a severe TBI as well as a host of other injuries. While he was severely affected by his injury, requiring 24hr nursing care and ongoing therapies, and frequent hospitalization due to recurring infections, Sam had a good life. He always strived to improve, never stopped trying, and cherished his time with his wife, Erin.
