Why Give Local. Why Give Small.

You are the impact!Let’s be real—people love a “hot” brand.
You are the impact!Let’s be real—people love a “hot” brand.

Let’s be real—people love a “hot” brand.

It signals status, trust, and belonging.

It feels good to be part of something popular.

That’s why folks reach for Lululemon over store-brand leggings.

Not just for the fit—but for the feeling.

(Lulu lovers, don’t come for me—I respect the drip. This is all love. 💕)

The same goes for giving.

Big-name nonprofits have that kind of brand power.

They feel safe. Familiar. Impressive.

And yes, when you donate to them—it helps.

Maybe it covers a sliver of overhead. Maybe it funds part of a large program. That’s not nothing.

But when you give that same amount to a small nonprofit like Memories of Honor

It can be mission-changing.

It might launch an initiative.

Help us honor a fallen hero by name.

Send a grieving family a flag flown in their loved one’s memory.

It’s the kind of giving you can actually feel.

It’s not a pebble in the ocean.

It’s a boulder in a puddle

It ripples. It matters. It sticks.

And we’re not the only ones doing this kind of work.

Organizations like Gold Star Parents Retreat in Texas are quietly, humbly, and powerfully creating spaces of healing and remembrance for surviving families. We’re proud to stand alongside them.

We love our nonprofit partners—big and small.

We believe in collaboration over competition.

We truly believe a rising tide lifts all ships.

But we also believe this: Small nonprofits need you.

Now more than ever.

So wherever your heart leads— Give where it’s felt. Give where it counts. Give small.

Because that’s where the soul of the mission still lives.

Thanks for being the ripple. It means more than you'll ever know!
